Refund Policy

All sales are final - we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. This goes for any event, 1:1 session, retreats and anything else offered on this website

 

However, if you've booked any 1:1 sessions and are unable to make the session for any reason, we are happy to reschedule the session if it's your first time having to reschedule.

 

If it is your second (or more) time having to reschedule, a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied and must be paid prior to the session.  If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must do so 24-hours prior to the session or your forfeit your payment for that session.

If you've booked a retreat, and can not make it, for any reason: you are responsible for finding someone to take your place or you forfeit any and all payments paid.
