Daily Yoga + Sound Healing
What makes our retreats stand apart from most is that we travel with ALL of our instruments to create a complete Sound Healing Kit including: crystal singing bowls, Native flutes, melodic hand pan, chimes, drums, guitar and more! In addition to Daily Yoga, we incorporate Live Sound in all aspects of our daily offerings. From Meditation to Sound Healing to Yoga, our retreats provide a truly immersive and profound sonic journey with Live Music played by professional musicians.

From accessible excursions to water falls to some of the best surf on the Pacific coast: Ojochal, Costa Rica showcases some of the most luxious and pristine waters known to (wo)man. Our retreats truly has it all.
Additionally, we provide a complementary group shuttle to and from San Jose to the retreat Center.

These private bungalows are the Ultimate Premium Accommodation that we offer. A fully furnished apartment-style bungalow each with King-Size bed, completely private bathroom with above-ground bathtub, kitchen, washer/dryer combo and a fully-furnished deck with a hammock. ONLY 2 AVAILABLE.

What should I pack ?
We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing for Yoga and Hiking. Additionally: swim wear, hiking boots, a strapped sandal, socks, underwear, toiletries, sun screen and light layers for evenings. A personal journal and reusable water bottle are encouraged. Towels and all specialized wellness props, including mats, blocks and bolsters, are provided on-site.
How does the inquiry and booking process work?
Our retreats are highly curated to ensure an intimate atmosphere. Begin by submitting an inquiry via the section below or our contact page. Someone from our team will schedule a brief call to discuss travel logistics, what you can expect for the retreat, payment methods/options and finalize your reservation.
Do you accommodate specific dietary requirements?
Deep nourishment is core to our offerings. We work with highly-talented private chefs who craft farm-to-table, artisanal menus tailored to your preferences. Please share any allergies or dietary needs during your onboarding journey and we will prepare accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits and payments are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations of any reasons. If you have registered and paid for a place in any SHYR Wellness Retreat and can not attend, you may find someone to fill your spot.
